Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Because many of our products are made in small batches, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations at this time.
That said, we want you to love your order. If your package arrives damaged, an item is missing, or something isn't quite right, please reach out and we'll do our best to make it right.
When Will I Receive My Order?
Most orders ship within 5–7 business days.
During holidays, product launches, or busy seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email.
How Do I Care for My Stickers?
Our vinyl stickers are durable, water-resistant, dishwasher safe, and weather-resistant, making them perfect for water bottles, laptops, journals, coolers, travel gear, and more.
To keep them looking their best:
• Apply to a clean, dry surface
• Avoid abrasive scrubbers or prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals
How Do I Remove the Sticker Backing?
Gently bend the sticker near one corner and the backing should begin to separate. If it doesn't lift right away, try another corner and repeat the process.
Are Your Products Hand Drawn?
Yes! Every design begins as original artwork created by Sarah. Many pieces are inspired by real destinations, landmarks, national parks, hometowns, and memorable places across the United States.
Do You Offer Wholesale?
Yes! Harpeth & Main products are carried in boutiques, gift shops, museum stores, visitor centers, and specialty retailers across the country.

Artwork is created in Sarah's Phoenix, Arizona studio, and products are produced through a combination of trusted printing and manufacturing partners throughout the United States.
